Our Podhalanska Lean BBQ Sausage is custom-made for grilling, with an all-natural casing for that wonderful snap and filled with a blend of pork and special seasonings to go perfectly with whatever toppings you prefer! For best results when grilling, we suggest you slice the surface diagonally 5 or 6 times before searing it on a pre-heated grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 80 C.
